You clicked Inquire. Here is what happens next. We wrote it down so you can hold us to it.
Step one. Tell us about you. The form is short. You write your name, your age, where you live, the program you want to know about, whether you want to ask about a scholarship, and how you want us to reach you. That is all you need to start. There is no fee. There is no promise to enroll.
Step two. We write back, within two working days. A real person from the Admissions Office will reach out to you — by phone, by SMS, or by email, whichever you chose. Not a no-reply machine. A person, with a name, who can answer your questions.
A small note about that two-day clock. We keep Sabbath. That means we rest from sunset on Friday to sunset on Saturday. If your two-day window touches Sabbath, the clock pauses there, and then keeps going after.
Step three. We walk with you. We will explain the program. We will explain the scholarships you may qualify for. We will tell you the deadlines. We will work around your schedule. If a paper you need is hard to find, tell us. We will help you sort it out. You are not on your own.
That is our promise. If we let you down, write to the Office of the President. Someone will write back.
