Why we are building this program
What patients and families actually face.
Wellness is rarely woven into the school day. Children at risk of allergy, malnutrition, or chronic conditions are spotted late, if at all.
How it will work

Family Wellness and Preventive Care lead. Basic Education partners on the calendar and on consent. Counselors and homeroom teachers handle escalations together.
