We ask about the work you want to do, the students you want to serve, and what kind of mentor you want to be. We tell you plainly what we can offer in return.

Open roles
Faculty positions, across pillars.
We hire faculty across teacher education (BCAED, BECED, BTLED), real estate management, computer technology, agriculture, and the Wellness Center. Active vacancies are published per intake and updated each semester.

Staff & support
Admissions, Wellness, IGPs, communications.
Staff roles include admissions counselors, wellness practitioners, IGP coordinators, communications, finance, and campus services. If you would like to serve the students we serve, write to us.
