Students, patients, parents, and partners deserve to see how the institution is governed and where its programs are recognized. This page lists what is in force today.
Nine areas, plainly stated
What is in force today.
No press-release wording. No vague claims. If a thing is regulated, we name the regulator. If a thing is reviewed, we name the reviewer.

Corporate
Registered Philippine institution.
Helping Hands™ College and Wellness Center, Inc. is a Philippine non-stock institution. Articles of incorporation, by-laws, and current SEC filings are on record and available to qualified counterparties on request.

Governance
Board of Trustees and the President's Office.
A standing Board governs the institution. The Office of the President holds pastoral and institutional oversight. Both bodies meet on a published cadence; minutes are reviewed for accuracy and kept on file.

Academic recognition
CHED.
Helping Hands™ is a college-level institution. College programs run under the Commission on Higher Education — we do not operate elementary or high school, so DepEd recognition does not apply. Program permits and recognitions are current and listed in the institutional dossier.

TESDA
TESDA NC II programs.
TESDA-aligned competency programs — Organic Agriculture Production NC II and Computer Systems Servicing NC II — are delivered under registered training regulations and assessed at official TESDA centers.

Wellness Center
Credentials and care posture.
The Wellness Center is staffed by credentialed practitioners. Plans and protocols are reviewed by the Director, Wellness Center. Where a case is beyond our scope, we refer plainly and coordinate with the patient's existing physician.

Data privacy
RA 10173 — Data Privacy Notice.
Operating under a published Data Privacy Notice consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act. A Data Protection Officer is named on the notice with a working contact route for data-subject requests.

Editorial
Editorial and theological review.
Public statements on doctrine, lifestyle, and health are reviewed by an assigned reviewer in the Office of the President before publication. Devotionals and reflections follow the same review.

Consent
Student and patient consent.
Pages that name a student, alumnus, patient, or donor carry written consent on file with Communications. Photography and stories are reviewed by the named person before publication.

Concerns
A concerns line that reaches a person.
Students, patients, families, and partners with a concern about how the institution has treated them can write directly to the Office of the President. Someone replies. The concern is logged.
