Accessibility statement.

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across all public pages — readable on a mid-range Android phone on a 3G connection, with the keyboard, and with a screen reader.

Standards

Templates target conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Where elements ship with vendor defaults that do not meet that standard, we modify them.

Posture

  • Visible focus rings on all interactive elements.
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
  • Semantic landmarks throughout.
  • Animations honor prefers-reduced-motion; entrance motion collapses to opacity only.
  • Forms expose labels, error states, and required attributes programmatically.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, write to accessibility@helpinghands.org.ph. We take reports seriously and reply within two working days. Sabbath is observed; if a working day falls there, we reply after Sabbath.
