When you submit an inquiry, a wellness intake, or a gift / partnership form, we collect what you write on it — your name, contact details, the program you are asking about, and any message you write. We collect no other personal data through this website except first-party analytics described below.

We use submitted information solely to reply to you, to route your inquiry to the right office (Admissions, the Wellness Center, Scholarships, or the Office of the President), and to deliver any follow-up you have requested. We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal information to outside parties for marketing purposes.

Form submissions and confirmation emails are delivered using Resend as our email service processor. Resend processes only the data necessary to deliver email on our behalf and is bound by a data processing agreement.

Information shared on a wellness intake — including any attached test results — is treated as health-sensitive and stored only with the named practitioner and Wellness Center records. It is not used for marketing.

Photographs and stories that name a student, alumnus, patient, or donor are published only with written consent. Consent records are kept by Communications.

We use first-party analytics to understand site usage. Where non-essential cookies are required, your consent is sought before they load.

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@helpinghands.org.ph or to the Data Protection Officer at the address on the contact page. We will reply within the period required by law.

The Data Protection Officer for Helping Hands™ College and Wellness Center, Inc. is named in the institutional dossier and reachable through the address above. The DPO handles all data-subject requests under RA 10173.

This notice is reviewed at least annually and updated when our processing activity materially changes.
