Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM)

Real estate, learned plainly. Practiced honestly.

Who this program is for

Real lives, on purpose.

Students entering the property, land, and asset sector — brokerage, appraisal, government assessment, development, and property management.

What you will learn

Program deliverables.

  • Four-year bachelor's degree — the RESA-mandated academic basis under RA 9646
  • Real estate practice, appraisal, brokerage, and property management
  • Property law, taxation, and ethics taught with case work
  • Review preparation for PRBRES licensure exams: REB (Broker), REA (Appraiser), and the long-horizon pathway toward REC (Consultant, after the required practice years and CPD units)
  • RES (Salesperson) accreditation pathway under PRBRES, available to graduates working under a licensed REB
  • Internship in licensed brokerages, appraisal firms, developers, and LGU assessor offices

How it is delivered

Schedule. Format. Mentors.

Faculty include licensed practitioners — brokers, appraisers, and government assessors. Coursework satisfies the RESA academic prerequisite, so graduates can sit for REB or REA on the next available PRBRES schedule. The REC pathway is named honestly: it requires ten years as a licensed REB and 120 CPD units, and we treat it as a long-horizon goal, not a graduation promise.

Capacity

The people behind the program.

Cohort-based. Internship placements arranged with regional brokerages, developers, and LGU assessor offices.
