Academics · Program
Real estate, learned plainly. Practiced honestly.
Who this program is for
Students entering the property, land, and asset sector — brokerage, appraisal, government assessment, development, and property management.
What you will learn
How it is delivered
Faculty include licensed practitioners — brokers, appraisers, and government assessors. Coursework satisfies the RESA academic prerequisite, so graduates can sit for REB or REA on the next available PRBRES schedule. The REC pathway is named honestly: it requires ten years as a licensed REB and 120 CPD units, and we treat it as a long-horizon goal, not a graduation promise.
Capacity
Cohort-based. Internship placements arranged with regional brokerages, developers, and LGU assessor offices.
